Convenience – easy to use, small size (different size homes), easy to assemble (no assembly), folding, adjustable to different sized users.

Cost – bike power generators are currently available for $350-500. Mass production could lower the cost of these devices. Initial adopters, green yuppies, hippies, long-term cost balancers, families.

Coolness – slick style, aerodynamic appearance, fit into the home environment. A feedback display would give a sense of accomplishment to the user.

Environmentally Beneficial – how much electrical power will be saved, produced, avoided?
